Many times members, students of other classes or even friends/public drop by and enquire if there is a simple way of just keeping fit, but withoiut going to the gym or class. To try and give a satisfactory answer, the following is a link to an article called "Sound Fitness for Life".

While the article program can be used on its own to achieve an EZ basic level of fitness, practising Martial Arts members can use it as a supplmentary training program that they can adrop on 2 off days a week, or even better, to use and share with family members and loved ones.
