EZ HAND CONDITIONING
There are many ways to condition one's hand in the martial arts. Unfortunately, a great many will involve unacceptable damage to the bones and joints, even with the appropriate medicines. Some cause thickening of the muscles and skin.Listed below are 4 methods of reasonably safe and easy ways of hand conditioning.
Knuckle Press Ups
This does not give you iron knuckles. However, this does allow you to compact your first so that it becomes denser, allowing you to avoid injuries via a "loose" fist. Apply appropriate anti-bruising medicine after workouts.
Wrist Press Ups
These will strengthen your wrist joints, allowing them to escape seizes better, apply own seizes stronger, and support more punishment from executing punches or similar strikes.

Finger Press Ups
These simply build up the strength of our fingers via the respective muscles and joints, allowing stronger, safer grips.

Knife Hand Thumping
"Thumping" for want of a better word, can be actioned lightly but firmly by the fleshly part of ones knife hand edge against say a stairs edge or stool, even when on is resting or watching the TV. Perform which hand is in a tight fist.
Followed by application of appropriate medicine and rest periods, this will build up the density of muscle in the knife hard edge, allowing greater protection and absorption ability when executing strikes.
